Gawi may process Gym Data to help gyms manage their daily operations. This may include data related to members, trainers, subscriptions, attendance, classes, bookings, training programs, invoices, branches, reports, and administrative records.
Gym Data is treated as confidential business data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep gym data secure, protected, and accessible only to authorized users according to their permissions inside the Service.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, pages or screens visited, time and date of access, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and other diagnostic data.

To provide and maintain the Service: including operating the Gawi application, managing gym accounts, and monitoring Service performance.
To manage Your Account: to manage registration, login, permissions, roles, and access to features available to You as a registered user.
To manage gym operations: including subscriptions, attendance, class bookings, trainer assignments, member records, reports, and other gym-management features.
To contact You: to send service-related messages, technical notices, security updates, support replies, reminders, or important information related to Your use of the Service.
To improve the Service: including data analysis, troubleshooting, testing, security monitoring, feature improvement, and performance optimization.
To comply with legal obligations: including responding to lawful requests, preventing fraud, protecting rights, and enforcing Our agreements and policies.
We do not sell gym data or personal data. We may share information only in the following situations:
The security of gym data is a priority for Smart Use Jordan. Gawi is designed to help keep gym data secure by applying reasonable safeguards such as access controls, account authentication, permission-based access, secure hosting practices, data backup procedures, and monitoring for unauthorized access or misuse.
Only authorized users, such as gym owners, administrators, trainers, staff, or members with valid permissions, should be able to access the data relevant to their role. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for using strong passwords where applicable.
Although We work to protect all gym data and personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while We strive to protect Your data, We cannot guarantee absolute security.
